Between the months of June and September each year, Fieldings of Adare becomes a celebration of summer and early autumn produce. Our menu changes with the availability of ingredients from Mary’s Organic Garden located within the hotel grounds, our own organic farm and a select few trusted suppliers of Irish produce.
Why not relax and allow our experienced team to exceed your expectations in our elegant, intimate dining restaurant? Our ever-changing and imaginative menu will ensure that you can savour the flavour of the very best fresh ingredients.
During the remainder of the year, our menus contain as many fresh ingredients as we are able to grow ourselves and source from trusted suppliers within the island of Ireland, resulting in an eclectic mix of the best Irish produce we are able to find with the least number of food miles possible.
No matter what time of year you dine with us, your menu will be printed on special wild meadow flower seed paper which we encourage you to take home to plant in your own garden. And to ensure that nothing goes to waste, menus left behind are used for gardening activities in our kid’s club.
All our menus cater for a wide range of dietary requirement and include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free and nut-free dishes. Other dietary requirements are catered for on request.
During the summer months, when the evenings are long, diners are welcome to visit Mary’s Organic Garden which forms part of the Woodlands Walking Trail.
Fielding of Adare is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00pm.
