The Fitzgerald Suite Gardens
Woodlands summer menu is available daily and offers an extensive A La Carte menu as well as our Guaranteed Irish 4 course menu from €35.00 per person. We have something for all diets and have a dedicated Vegan menu available.
Our ingredients are sourced from our own certified organic farm and Mary’s Organic Garden which forms part of the Woodlands Walking Trail. We also source from a small number of trusted local producers who invest the same care and attention into their production techniques as we do.
