Liam O’ Sullivan
Liam O’ Sullivan began his career as a bar manager. His lifestyle was far from healthy: smoking 20 cigarettes a day, eating a poor diet and weighing over 16 stone. After attending the gym with a friend and experiencing chest pain at age 28, he decided to turn his health around. He gave up cigarettes, improved his diet and started exercising. Most importantly, he began to enjoy the healthy lifestyle and turned his hobby into a career. He is now a 10-year certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, TRX & Spin instructor. Liam is exceptional at listening and understanding his clients. Whether they be brides to be, new mums or athletes he helps them achieve a healthy life balance that impacts not just themselves, but also their families. “I love when you see a person get that sense of achievement, when their goals are reached and they start to change their life.”
