We all know that food brings families together. And, from the very moment you and your family arrive at our resort, we will take care of all your dining needs.
We offer a vintage style tea and coffee arrival reception with our compliments to bring your guests together before the wedding breakfast, your first meal together as one family united by marriage. This is accompanied with Warm Apple and Cider Punch or Mulled Wine in the colder season or Summer Sangria in the warmer season. Both are served with homemade biscuits (Complimentary as part of a full package including a 4 Course meal, beverages and an evening reception. Also subject to minimum numbers).
There are a range of other arrival menu options available to you, including handmade canapes, popcorn carts and donut walls.
Our bespoke wedding packages contain a range of menu suggestions, as well as a host of bespoke options, created in partnership with our team of talented chefs. And, a private tasting for you and your spouse-to-be is included in the package price.
As a Guaranteed Irish accredited hotel, we are proud of our food ethos. All of the dishes on our menus are made from ingredients grown on our own certified organic farm and garden, or sourced from a small number of trusted producers.
Not only are we able to cater for a wide range of tastes, we are also able to create vegan, vegetarian and organic menus and cater for all dietary requirements.
Our now famous Fitz & Chips offering is available to all couples for late night snacking, and we have a comprehensive range of options for next-day celebrations, to include our innovative wok station and tasty Residents’ Bar favourites.
