Our dessert menu is a medley of sweet treats, comprising a mix of lighter options as well as more indulgent treats. And you can’t help but notice the influence of the famous Woodlands Dessert Trolley as you read through the choices!
Now a permanent fixture on our dessert menu, our Woodlands Baked Alaska has stood the test of time. First created by proprietor Mary Fitzgeralds back in the 1970s, it is delight of soft sponge, strawberries and Adare Farm ice-cream, topped with golden brown baked meringue made with the freshest free range eggs.
Diners requiring gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan or any other special dietary requirement are also well catered for.
Everything on our dessert menu is made by our own team of pastry chefs using ingredients produced on our own organic farm or grown in Mary’s Organic Garden. And those we can’t produce ourselves are supplied by one of our trusted partners.
