We hosted our first wedding more than 40 years ago.  Since then, we have welcomed more than 5,000 couples to the hotel, helping them, and their families, to celebrate their special day, many of which are now next generation celebrations, making Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa a family wedding tradition!

We have a strict one wedding a day policy and every wedding is unique.

Located just outside the beautiful village of Adare, Ireland’s prettiest village, Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa is set on 44 acres of organic private grounds and landscaped gardens, offering many insta-worthy spots, perfect for your photographs.

We have a number of elegant suites ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions, all of which can be personalised.

Every wedding we host is unique.  David and Elaina Fitzgerald will work with you to plan your happy day, collaborating with our talented team of chefs to create a menu of special dishes for you and your spouse’s first meal together as a married couple.

Our dishes are prepared in our own kitchens using Guaranteed Irish ingredients from our own organic farm, Mary’s Organic Garden or our small group of trusted suppliers.  And, we are able to create certified organic, vegetarian and vegan menus, as well as cater for a wide range of dietary requirements to include gluten-free and dairy-free options.

If you would like to extend your wedding celebrations, we have a range of private event suites and dining options available to you.

We also offer special rates to your guests on each night of their stay with us.

The award-winning Revas Spa, which is located within our grounds, specialises in bridal hair, makeup and wedding day preparation.
