Our menu of options includes a generous range of complimentary items many other hotels add on as extras, such as a night in our sumptuous bridal suite as our gift to you both.

Antique china teacups for your guests’ arrival reception, Chiavari chairs, complimentary menu tasting, colour co-ordinated mood lighting, a choice of golden or silver look table décor and our floral centrepieces are all complimentary for your special day, as is the personal attention of David and Elaina Fitzgerald who will ensure that every detail is taken care of.

Our talented team of chefs will work with you to create a special menu exclusive to you, comprising dishes prepared in our own kitchens using Guaranteed Irish ingredients from our own organic farm, Mary’s Organic Garden or our small group of trusted suppliers.  And, should you so wish, we are able to create certified organic, vegetarian and vegan menus as well as cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, including coeliac.
