The Woodlands Health & Leisure Club is located in the grounds of Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Revas spa, with easy indoor access to both the hotel and Revas Spa and its own separate car park for members.

It is designed to cater for fitness enthusiasts and professional sportspeople alike, as well as family groups who would like to enjoy the facilities during their stay.

We also run a series of residential training camps for sports teams across Ireland which include physical training, team building, nutrition and motivational talks.

Our facilities include:

• Spacious 1,500 sq ft cardiovascular gym with a selection of fitness machines and separate weights and resistance training area
• 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool with toddler pool, geyser pool and bubble pool

• Sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi
• Extensive timetable of activities and fitness classes including Pilates, Yoga, Spinning and Swimming

Our state-of-the-art Health & Leisure Centre also boasts a National Quality Standard Award (previously known as the White Flag Award) which recognises the high standards we offer right across 250 criteria.
