We are so excited to bring you our new brunch menu! It is packed with deliciousness. Beautiful breakfast options including chia pudding, pancakes and posh eggs, to lovely lunch dishes including salads from the garden, beef blaas and healthy bites. This menu is created with passion by our new Chef Tom. Tom used our 40 acres of organic grounds and our countryside location in Adare to inspire this menu with the priority being good wholesome local produce and produce from Mary’s Organic Garden. He has worked closely with our Gardener Caoimhin to get the best of the garden for the winter months and uses produce from local growers like Guiry’s Eggs and Attyflin Estate. We have built relationships with our suppliers to ensure we are using the freshest Irish local ingredients.

This menu was created with all dietary preferences in mind including Vegan and Coeliac.
