Terms & Conditions,

1. Event Overview

By participating in the Santa Paws, where your photo will be taken with your dog, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Consent for Photography

• By attending the event, you give explicit consent for photographs of you to be taken and stored digitally.
• These photos will be made available for you to download via a cloud-based platform.
• If you do not wish to have your photograph taken or uploaded, please inform the event organizers in advance.

3. Cloud Storage and Access

• Your photos will be uploaded to a secure cloud platform and made available for download.
• A unique access link will be provided to participants to retrieve their photos. This link will be password-protected and shared only with event attendees.
• The cloud link will be accessible for a limited time, 30 Days,  from the date of upload.
• After this period, the photos will be permanently deleted from the cloud storage.

4. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

• Photographs are considered personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your participation in this event implies consent to the collection, processing, and temporary storage of these photos.
• The photos will only be used for the purpose of providing you with a downloadable copy and will not be shared or used for any other purposes without your additional consent.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to have your photograph deleted before the retention period, please contact us at ckeating@woodlands-hotel.ie or fcoyne@woodlands-hotel.ie

5. Security and Liability

• We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to photos caused by misuse of the download link or password by third parties.
• We cannot be held liable for any breach of privacy once the photos are downloaded by you.

6. Retention Period

• Photos will be retained on the cloud platform for a maximum of 30 Days after which they will be permanently deleted.

7. Right to Erasure

• You have the right to request the erasure of your photograph from our records and cloud storage at any time by contacting fcoyne@woodlands-hotel or ckeating@woodlands-hotel.
