We work with a small number of trusted suppliers, sourcing a range of ingredients from them for menus right across Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa. We invest as much time in developing a relationship with our suppliers as we spend producing our own ingredients on our certified organic farm and in Mary’s Organic Garden. We do this simply because we care about the food we serve and the way in which the ingredients are produced.

BRIAN COSTELLO

Based in Adare Village, we have sourced our lamb from Brian Costello for years. Brian’s meat is from a select number of local farmers and is not only guaranteed Irish, but also guaranteed quality.

GUIRY’S FREE RANGE EGGS

Land-loving husband and wife team Mike and Christine Guiry deliver free range eggs to our kitchen. With a large, rich and flavourful yolk, their hens lay the best free range eggs we have ever tasted.

ATHEA PUDDING

Produced in the region by the Brouder family using traditional (and secret) recipes, this is a quality Irish farmhouse product.
