Welcome to Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa, a founding member of Original Irish Hotels, which began life more than 40 years ago as a four-bedroomed bed and breakfast (B&B) run by Mary and Dick (RIP) Fitzgerald as a way to supplement their farming income. Today, it is an 89-room award-winning four-star hotel employing more than 200 people.
A Family Affair
Mary Fitzgerald is joined by her four children, David, Elaina, Conor and Richard and daughter-in-law Orla, all of whom play a role in the management and development of the resort.

The Fitzgerald Family has been creating unique, magical weddings since 1983. Our resort, and Adare Village, are both perfect for the destination wedding of your dreams. Our magnificent Fitzgerald Suite can comfortably accommodate 400+ guests. We also have a number of smaller, more intimate spaces, perfect for ceremonies and celebrations alike.
