With an extensive menu catering for a wide range of tastes, Timmy Macs Bistro is ideal for family dining, while Fieldings of Adare offers an authentic dining experience created around seasonal ingredients grown in Mary’s Organic Garden or sourced from our trusted producers.

And, our Sunday Lunches, complete with our famous dessert buffet, are considered to be some of the best in the region.  Other options include Afternoon Tea in our elegant Lobby or private dining just for you and your family.  Our menus include a host of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy free options and we are able to cater for a range of other special dietary requirements on request.

And while the adults retire to Dicks Bar for a nightcap, the children can be tucked up in bed under the watchful eye of one of our trusted babysitters**.
