Afternoon tea is served every day from 11:00am – 5:00pm. A much-loved institution, our afternoon tea is served on vintage china sourced from local families and antique fairs. The menu comprises a balance of savoury and sweet treats, handmade by our own pastry chefs under the watchful eye of proprietor Mary Fitzgerald.

Our food ethos is influenced by our love for the land and the Fitzgerald family farming heritage.

We have a simple philosophy of working with local seasonal ingredients, respecting the natural flavours in every dish our talented team of chefs create.

Our ingredients are sourced from our own certified organic farm and Mary’s Organic Garden which forms part of the Woodlands Walking Trail. We also source from a small number of trusted local producers who invest the same care and attention into their production techniques as we do.

We take the time to get to know them and personally visit their premises.

Our commitment to local ingredients has earned our popular Timmy Macs Bistro Guaranteed Irish status and showcases our own-grown ingredients and those of trusted local suppliers.
