Graduation day is an important milestone in the life of every college student, acknowledging hard work, commitment and success while, at the same time, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
We have had the pleasure of helping University of Limerick, Limerick Institute of Technology, Mary Immaculate College and Limerick College of Further Education graduates and their families to celebrate this important day for many years.
We have a range of dining options available to families in our Guaranteed Irish country kitchen style bistro, Timmy Macs, as well as Fieldings of Adare.
Both restaurants cater for a wide range of tastes, offering vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes as standard. We are also able to cater for a host of other dietary requirements.
Our special four-course Graduation Menu, priced at €29.50 per person, is available mid-week for both lunch and dinner.

Priced at just €25.00 (or €32.50 with a glass of celebratory bubbly), you will be presented with a delicious selection of savoury and sweet treats hand made by our own pastry chefs and served on beautiful vintage china.
